Is Bar One in trouble? Sounds like it according to The Atlanta-Journal Constitution who reports that Peter Thomas is behind in rent to the tune of $100,000

Property owners Eloshua Elliott and Showtime Cafe claim that Peter owes more than $100,000. From March to December Peter has supposedly not payed his $10,000 a month rent last year. The lawsuit states that Peter  “breached a lease agreement by failing to pay rent and other fees including late fees, bank charges, real estate property taxes and unpaid utilities.”

In a separate lawsuit filed by Eloshua, Peter owes more than $29,000 in back rent for The Bailey Agency.

“I’ve been caught in the middle of the crossfire,” Peter said. “I don’t owe them anything.” Peter says he’s been paying his rent on time to Eloshua through Showtime cafe and that Showtime had not been passing the payments along to First Fidelity.

Looks pretty messy! Who is really to blame for all this or is Peter just paying rent? What do you guys think?
