Alexander Wang held fashion show in Duggal Greenhouse in the Brooklyn Navy Yard Feb 9. It is said to be the largest production events in New York Fashion week history. Wang took his inspiration from the current weather situation and the best ways to survive them. His sporty silhouettes also took inspiration from out sports and an urban lifestyle.
Wang’s signature look was sporty looks were definitely present on the runway. He added utility pockets to simple shift dresses to give them some edge. Colorful prints also played a large part in his collection. Everything from polka dots, brightly colored landscape prints and basket weave sweaters.
