The 2014 BET Honors Black Excellence at its Best!

The 2014 BET Honors  was held Saturday Feb. 8th. Aretha Franklin,Ice Cube, and Berry Gordy were all honored during the event.

During the star studded event Mariah Carey hit the stage to Debut her new single “You’re Mine,” In a super sexy form fitted black dress that covered little to none of her cleavage. Totally in Mariah fashion!

Jennifer Hudson also perform during the show giving a moving tribute to Aretha Franklin. j Hud looked fantastic in a super low cut white peplum dress showing off a black bra with black fish nets! Super sexy! Victorie Franklin, Aretha Franklin’s granddaughter, took the stage to sing Tamela Mann’s “Take Me to the King”

Janelle Monae, Tamar Braxton, Smokey Robinson and more also paid tribute to Berry Gorden Jr.

The 2014 BET Honors will air on BET Feb. 24 at 9PM. 

“I can NOT lie @bethonors was just about as #EPIC as the BEST NIGht EVER!!,” Tamar tweeted to her fans. “Thank you all @bet [I love] my TV family.”
